We always use a fabric first approach and we help the Architect and design team to get the thermal envelope as lean and efficient as we can to keep the amount of mechanical equipment to a minimum. This helps to keep both the capital and running costs to a minimum. We will encourage the use or renewable technology wherever possible and our thermal models will illustrate this before you put a spade in the ground.
