ECE have been appointed by Bridgestone Construction to design the M&E services for the new build tower consisting of 191 apartments using all electric heating to all apartments in this city centre location. The scheme comprised of mechanical heat recovery ventilation, boosted cold water services, above ground soil and rainwater drainage schemes within all dwellings throughout the scheme. There is an air conditioned Gymnasium and communal facilities for residents within this fabulous development.
