The Mechanical services scheme was designed by Environmental Consulting Engineers for the Contractor and consisted of all electric heating boosted cold water services, above ground and rainwater drainage schemes and heat recovery ventilation in all dwellings throughout the scheme. The scheme was quickly followed by Phase 2 The Plaza.
