This is another supported living scheme, a conversion of a listed building in the centre of Warrington into 22 supported living apartments with 24/7 care provision. Assisted technology was provided to ensure the residents can assess the care they need at any time. All units are self contained and have their own metered utility connections and meters. We provided full thermal modelling advice along with the SAP and EPC certificates for all units.
