This is a special needs facility for disabled residents who require a high level of care on a daily basis. The facility comprises of 12 ensuite units with communal catering facilities. There are disabled call systems, CCTV, underfloor heating and full security, fire alarm and WIFI facilities throughout scheme for the residents safety and comfort. Solar panels were provided on the roof to achieve a 10% renewable energy target, using ultra slim collectors which have a minimalist impact on the scheme. We provided full thermal modelling advice along with the SAP and EPC certificates for all units.
