Greenbank Hall, Chester

The redevelopment of the existing Grade 2 Listed Building in Chester was a challenging project, it was the old catering college and the building was carefully restored and converted into 9 apartments for sale on the open market. Environmental Consulting Engineers worked closely with the team lead by Owen Ellis Architects to create a stunning development. There were also 4 executive homes designed and constructed within the grounds of the development.
