This project was the new build construction of 9 new apartments for sale with a naturally ventilated underground car park in South Liverpool.
The project consisted of a community heating system with underfloor heating throughout all of the occupied areas. The apartments were designed to a high specification with walk in showers, open plan living and dining rooms and terraces to enjoy the open views over the park opposite. A lift was installed to serve all floors and the car parking areas.
